We failed to bring a real camera with us to LA, so this would be the singular iconic cellphone camera photo from our long weekend there:
I should have left our bags packed, because we were home from California only a few days before it was time for another weekend away -
this time to Grand Haven, MI for the much-anticipated Glafcke Family Reunion.
Pop Pop TG designed our flashy tie-dye shirts for Team Art. The people wearing the other t-shirts are descendants of Great Grandpa Art's siblings, Hank, Frank and Marge.
The kiddos had a ball playing with cousins on the playground. And thanks to Aunt Peg, there were even more fun activities - like decorating fans and cracking open a piñata. Next year Mom needs to remember to pack beach towels and sand toys.
Mallory has been a good sport, going along with all of our cross-country travel.
But she sure is happy to be back home.
