4K Farm Field Trip

 Friday morning Grammy came over bright and early to stay with Mallory all day. Grammy tells me Mallory was her usual angel baby self. However, Grammy also took her to the park THREE times. From the moment she wakes up, MJ demands to GO! GO! GO! She stuffs her feet into shoes (often not her own) and clamors at the patio door. This little lady requires fresh air.

So while Grammy and MJ were sauntering around the park, Mom and Coryn were meeting all the animals at Green Meadows Farm. There was a 800 lb. pig named Patti. A brand new baby calf. A whole litter of kittens. Flop-eared rabbits. Fuzzy ducklings. Hungry goats. A pregnant donkey. Noisy peacocks. Freshly sheared llamas. Ponies to ride. A cow to milk. And chickens to catch. The highlight of the day was the hayride. Farmer Brown created a course that rivaled a roller coaster ride. The kiddos screamed with delight while we bumped around and sloshed through huge mud puddles.
