Home Sweet Home, aka God is so good

Miracles abound!
After four years away, it is an incredible gift to be home.
We are more than halfway through our home assignment.
As I look back over these past few months, I see evidence of God's providence, generosity and abundant love, again and again and again.
Thank you, LORD!

"Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart."
- Psalm 37:4

Our heavenly Father knows intimately the desires of our hearts and blesses us each day with His Divine appointments for these desires to be fulfilled.

While Matt joined the reclaimed Guy's Ice Fishing Weekend on Diamond Lake,
the ladies and cousins enjoyed precious time together:

Birthdays have been celebrated and memories made with family and friends.

From glorious autumn sunshine to snow swept hills, we are soaking up these beloved seasons. Nature reminds us to be present to the moment and receive the gift of God's radiant creation.

Last, but not least:
Josephine is working toward her driver's license. She completed the classroom segment and passed two written tests to obtain her learner's permit last week. Yesterday, our thoughtful and generous neighbor dropped off keys to their compact car. This neighbor realized it might be extra challenging for Josephine to learn to drive our 12-passenger van.
God, you are so good!
